A key feature of SMARToutcomes is its intuitive layout and flow. Because SMARToutcomes uses the language that you use you don't need to learn a whole new one. SMARToutcomes is customisable so that it can include only the elements you need so it will help you do your job because it works like you do.

 

Depending on the size of your organisation and complexity of your project, training can be delivered in a number of ways:

Once everyone has been trained, support is often best given by other users/colleagues. Normally you will identify someone in the team to become a mentor or super-user and we will give them additional training and support in this role.

 

Online help/FAQ' is available to all with step-by-step instructions and screenshots to help you as you work. Training an online help will use exactly the seme materials so if you need to come back for a reminder you'll be in familiar surroundings.

 

Our live assistance feature is available to all of your users or a subset, depending on your needs and agreed service levels.

A significant benefit of applying rigorous outcome measurement to your work is the potential for testing the validity of your results. We recognise that not everyone is a statistical genious and we can help you here. So, now you'll be able to say how certain you are that your intervention makes a difference. Of course, if you have the expertise you can simply download data to your favourite software package and carry out your own analysis.

SMARToutcomes has been designed with flexibility at the forefront.  You can choose which elements to include in your project - finance, activity, questionnaires, outcome measurement, resource allocation etc etc.  You can also choose the terminology you use in your organisation or project to refer to the people you support and the stuff you provide. However, if this isn't enough we are always happy to discuss adding more features or functionality.
