James has a degree in maths and statistics from Warwick University, has worked as a database developer for 15 years, an IT trainer for 10 years and spent 6 years working in ICT and Performance Management in Gloucestershire County Council. James has spoken at national conferences on the topic of outcome measurement and has helped a number of organisations to implement performance frameworks into their everyday working.
